Those things could be the enviornment, the social status, goods brought into the country or made within the country such as silk, wool, and other textiles. Fashion is a testimony to the people of that age. The clothing styles of the 21st century is hugely different from the clothing styles in ancient Egypt, because new things have been created and people are doing different things, which reflects our style of clothes. Fashion is a way to express yourself. With so many different types of clothing styles, it's easy to find something that you feel truly shows who you are inside.
